Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellation requests can be submitted up to 2 days before the scheduled Puja event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days or 48 hours of the event. Additionally, refunds will not be provided for Pujas canceled on the day of the event during the muhurth time due to any reason on the devotee's side. To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to support@gopuja.com. A cancellation acknowledgment will be sent within 2 working days, and fees will be refunded within 12 working days, subject to this Refund Policy.

For Puja Services offered by Gopuja, refunds are not issued once the order is completed. As a customer, it is your responsibility to understand and acknowledge this refund policy when purchasing any product or service from our website. We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise concerning the nature of the product or services we provide.
