Satyanarayan puja

A traditional Satyanarayan Puja ceremony is a sacred Hindu ritual that venerates Lord Satyanarayan, an embodiment of Lord Vishnu. This ceremony is often performed to seek the blessings of Lord Satyanarayan for prosperity, well-being, and the fulfillment of wishes. Preparation:

Satyanarayan Katha: The heart of the ceremony is the recitation of the Satyanarayan Katha, a narrative that tells the story of Lord Satyanarayan. The storyteller emphasizes moral and spiritual lessons, and the listeners actively participate by chanting hymns and mantras.

Aarti:
Aarti, a ritual of waving lighted lamps before the deities, is performed. The light symbolizes the dispelling of darkness and ignorance, signifying the presence of the divine.

Distribution of Prasad:
The blessed offerings, known as prasad, are distributed among the devotees. This is considered auspicious and is believed to bring divine blessings into the homes and lives of those who partake.
